Premises furnish and design

 

We offer in leasing open plannig comercial premises and ready to execute furnish of premises according to your project. Standard furnish on perimeter of a premise is made. In case of additional partitions erection, the Leaseholder pays its construction additionaly. Also Leaseholder pays additional works on ventilation and the fire alarm system, arisen as a result of division of the whole premise into cabinets. In case of rise in price of a premise (materials and works), the Leaseholder pays a difference between the made furnish and standard, incorporated in the budget.

Standard furnish:

  • Walls - giprock, pasting fliz wall-paper, painting;
  • Ceiling - pendant such as «Armstrong»;
  • Fixtures - LED;
  • Floor - a laminate 32 classes;
  • Sockets - established by blocks (2 powerline sockets, 1 combined phone + the Internet) according to rule 10 sq.m on 1 workplace;
  • Ventilating diffuzors and fire gauges established according to standards.
